FEAST DAY: Saturday, 22nd July 2023 is the Feast of the St. Mary Magdalene. We are all encouraged to attend mass and observe the feast devoutly.
WORLD DAY FOR GRANDPARENTS AND THE ELDERLY: The 3rd Annual Day for Grandparents and the Elderly comes up next week Sunday, 23rd July, 2023. The theme for this year is “His Mercy is from Age to Age”. There shall be a plenary indulgence for grandparents and the elderly, and those who perform a work of mercy by visiting the elderly. There shall be a special thanksgiving mass for them at 10am that day and a Health Talk/Check for all the elderly. All societies are expected to pay visits to the elderly members between the 18th and 23rd July 2023.
SMALL CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY: SCC meetings will take place at various community centers on Wednesday, 19th July 2023 at 6pm. Scriptural reading: Matthew 13:24-43. Please note that there will be no evening Mass or Society meetings during the SCC time. There shall be mass this Wednesday at St. Peter SCC. Venue: 512 Road, F Close, House 11, Festac Town. All those living around should be in attendance. Please refer to the Parish notice board or parish website for the various centers.
CATHOLIC TEACHERS ASSOCIATION: The 2023 summer lesson will start on Monday 31st July and end on Friday 25th August, 2023. Our usual programme include Academics, Vocational Training, Library Studies, Moral Instruction(s) and Religious Studies as each day’s lesson ends with the attendance of the Holy Mass. Parents or Guardians should kindly register their children/ward at the Parish Office or the Laity Office. Fees: #3,000 (Nursery & Primary) and #3500 (Secondary).

CHRISTIAN WAKE AND FUNERAL MASS: There will be Christian Wake for Late Mrs Mary Temiatse on Thursday, 20th July 2023 by 6:00pm (Venue: 3rd Avenue, 321 Road, B Close, House 19, Festac Town) and Funeral Mass on Friday, 21st July, 2023. She was a member of Sts. Michael, Gabriel & Raphael Society.

shall have our Parish Monthly Know Your Faith/Doctrinal Class during the 6:30am
mass. All parishioners are encouraged to be in attendance so as to grow in the
